“In 2012 our founder, Renee, met this incredible young lady, Ipsita, in a shelter home in Kolkata. Each afternoon they sat together and talked about her past, her future, politics, philosophy and life as we both understood it. She valued her education and even in the darkest of times she made sure she studied and went to school, and then on to further study. She told Renee 4 years ago that her dream was to work in a multi national company. This year she finished her college and just last month she got her first job in a MNC.
